Dendrobium is the second largest orchid genus in the world after Bulbophyllum. The shape and form of their stems and leaves vary tremendously, but the pattern of flowers is fairly constant ranging in size from very small to huge. Typically the bases of the sepals are fused to the foot of the column and the lip base forming a mentum or 'chin' which often houses nectar.

Water Requirements
Water very well, pour the water through and leave to drain allow the plant to dry before watering again. Nutrition Feed with every other watering at half the recommended dilution rate. This will guarantee adequate nutrition while avoiding any chance of root-tip.
Light Requirements
Den-Nobile orchids grow best with high light intensity. Do to not let the orchid receive direct sunlight
Temperature Requirements
Dendrobium orchids are warm growing and they require temperatures that are little higher. Dendrobium orchid do best in temperature between 25°C to 38°C.
Humidity Requirements
Dendrobium orchids do best with a humidity level of 70-80%. Need to maintain good air movement to prevent them from disease.
Fertilizer Requirements
When Dendrobium orchids are in full growth they should be fertilized regularly. It is important to never fertilize an orchid that is completely dry, because doing so can cause major damage to the roots.
Potting Requirements
Dendrobium should be repotted in a course mix which can hold moisture and can maintain humidity. Media should be as such so that water can drains out properly and provide proper aeration.
