We at Click Orchid will strive to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free shopping experience where you can make purchases confidently. We have a comprehensive return policy which is tailored to protect our customers.
Live Orchid Plants are highly perishable in nature and thus have limitations in providing replacements. So we do not offer any replacement or refundable in normal circumstance.
If in case you happen to receive a damaged or defective Plant, you can return it to us provided the following conditions are met:
- No claim will be accepted unless a complete and clear unboxing/ unwrapping video is shared by the customer of the parcel received. Without video claim will not be accepted.
- No claim regarding quality, quantity or description of the products supplied shall be accepted by us unless the Customer notifies us with details of any deficiencies within 1 day of delivery/receipt of the products by the Customer.
- The customer has to send an image of the damaged plant and unboxing/ unwrapping video by email to email@example.com for claiming that the plant is damaged or is not meeting the description.
- The plant should be returned in its actual condition received at the time of delivery.
- The buyer recognizes that plants may be degraded, damaged, or killed by heat, cold, lack of water, exposure to direct harsh sunlight or chemical, improper handling or careless transportation and recognizes that after dispatch of the order all these factors are beyond the company's control.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by the customer directly without checking with us first.
- The returns will be made at your own cost.
Returns will be processed within 10 days upon receipt of your package. If replacement is to be done then the exchange will be shipped. If refund is to be done then the refund will be initiated for the product only and other charges like shipping are non-refundable. The refund will be processed in the original payment account through which payment was done at the time of purchase.

You cannot cancel an order once it is placed and paid for. Since readying of plants for shipment begins the moment the order is placed so cancellation of an order once placed is not allowed.
